Independent Counselling Enterprises aims to provide
quality services to our clientele. In order to ensure our standards are
achieved we require prospective employees to provide us with the following
- Clear Police Security Clearance must be within last 6 months and/or submitted within first 3 months of employment
- Emergency First Aid/ CPR Level A certificate (*within first 3
months of employment)
- Two Employment References (past supervisors)
- Valid Open Work Permit (if applicable)
- Pro-Active Behavior Intervention (PBI) (*On-site training
provided in this area)
In addition we require all employees to attend Pre-Employment Training.
This training provides employees with an overview of the organizations
mission, standards, policies & procedures.
