Weekends Days Staff
Terms of Employment: Saturday and Sundays - Various Day Shifts anywhere between 7am-11pm
Location: Edmonton - both north and south side
Commitment: One Year Required
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living routines including personal care
- Dealing effectively with behaviours
- Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Working as part of a residential team
- Maintaining appropriate documentations and records
- Involving the client in community outings and activities
Qualifications:
- Experience working with people with disabilities required
- Experience working with challenging behaviours an asset
- Experience working with personal care required
- Must have a clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check & two work related references required
- Must have a minimum of Emergency First Aid with CPR level A
- Vehicle, valid driver’s license and 3rd party $2 million liability insurance an asset
- Valid Work Permit (if applicable)
